The Science Museum of Virginia has announced a new initiative for science enthusiasts: the 10 for $10 program. Visitors from all over Virginia can now experience the Science Museum’s interactive exhibitions, labs, makerspace and demos for just $10 per ticket category. And the good news doesn’t stop there. This $10 admission offer will be available not just once, but on ten separate days throughout the year.
The first $10 day falls on Thursday, May 18, International Museum Day. For the remaining dates this year, visitors can take advantage of the offer on June 2, August 26, September 30, October 10, and November 8. The June 2 date also includes the Science After Dark: Ready to Launch evening event themed around the touring exhibition Space: An-Out-of-Gravity Experience, with $10 admission available until 8 p.m.
