SMART is looking to entice more people to travel by train to and from the Sonoma County Airport by offering overnight parking at its stations and adding a new shuttle.
The services launched by Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit over the weekend allow passengers to park their cars at most train stations at a rate of $5 per night, take the train to the airport stop in Santa Rosa and hop on an on-demand shuttle that takes them to the airport about a mile away.
