Are you a creative, crafty person? Do you like sharing your love of creating art with others? Indian Trails Library is offering its first Maker-in-Residence program from June 12-July 23 during its annual Summer Library Adventure.
Staff is looking for a community member well versed in painting, drawing, 3D printing, digital arts, fiber arts, laser cut art, or robotics/circuitry work.
The selected resident will have the opportunity to collaborate with staff and utilize various tools and equipment suited to creating new art, including an Epilog Mini laser cutter, Silhouette Cameo vinyl cutter, digital embroidery machine, 3D printers, sewing machines, and a CNC machine. Use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is available as well.
