WORCESTER – The first residents of Courthouse Lofts are expected to begin moving in and occupying the new 118-unit, transformed former Worcester County Courthouse, by the middle of this month.
The $53 million, mixed-income housing project, which includes premium studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, each integrating historic details and modern amenities, is a key piece in the revitalization of the city’s Lincoln Square district.
