A new education and employment program run by Centre[3] — a charitable not-for-profit, artist-run centre — aims to help youth find meaningful employment.
The programs — Centre[3]’s NuSteel and 360[4]Youth — will provide both hard and soft skills training for youth from ages 15 to 30 to help them find and retain employment.
Filomena Tassi — member of Parliament for Hamilton West-Ancaster-Dundas — visited the centre’s new studio facilities earlier this month.
Besides the visit to the new location at 29 Harriet St. Tassi, who is also the minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for southern Ontario, received an update on how the programs are doing.
