Dozens of artists will show their wares to the strains of live music this weekend in downtown Mt. Pleasant.
Market for the Arts will run Saturday and Sunday at the intersection of Main and Broadway. It will feature up to 70 booths for artists from across mid-Michigan who work across a variety of mediums, including paintings, stickers, books and stained glass, according to the latest edition of For Art’s Sake’s newsletter.
The event’s hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, said Megan Bair, who is organizing the event.
Live music is scheduled for both days with assistance from B’s Music. Saturday, the music starts at 11:30 a.m. and lasts until 5 p.m. Music runs Sunday from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
