In April, I covered the factors in choosing the best location for your garden. Now that you have decided where to put your garden, it’s time to select what type of garden you want. The type of garden depends on how much space you have, the condition of your soil, and the vegetables and fruits that you want to grow.
The type of garden also depends on any limitations a gardener may have. If you have difficulty bending over, choose an elevated raised bed that is waist-high. If you want to grow taller plants with deeper roots, select in-ground and raised bed gardens.
