Moreno Valley College Unveils iMake Innovation Mobile Center

Moreno Valley, CA – Moreno Valley College will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for its iMAKE Innovation Center on Thursday, December 6, at Noon. The College will unveil its iMAKE Innovation Mobile Center in the John Coudures Plaza and then move the festivities to the Student Academic Services Building.

The event is free and open to the community, although College parking restrictions will be enforced. Please see metered parking machines for parking regulations.

MVC was one of 24 colleges to receive a California Community College Maker Implementation Grant from the California Community College Chancellor’s Office. The Chancellor’s Office awarded the College $100,000, renewable for a second year, through a competitive process to create an inclusive makerspace community, provide internships, and develop curriculum to prepare students with innovation and entrepreneurial skills to…
