A Pattern Magazine launch party can feel otherworldly, as if fearlessly fashionable people from The Sartorialist’s Instagram account came to Indy through a secret portal. In October 2019, the last one before the pandemic shut them down, about 250 people gathered in what was billed as a “super-secret” commercial loft space on New York Street downtown.
