Delaware County Council allocated more than $1.8 million in COVID relief funds for projects ranging from a flood study of the Brandywine Creek area to summer camp for children of unemployed parents looking for a job to development of Little Flower Manor Park.
In May, council had a hearing receiving requests from organizations for portions of the American Rescue Plan Act funds distributed to the county.
