JEFFERSONVILLE — With a recent remodel, the Jeffersonville Township Public Library has added new resources for people to learn and create.
The library celebrated the grand opening of its Tom & Mary Frances Koetter Makerspace and other major renovations to the library Thursday with a ribbon cutting and open house. The library’s remodel took about a year and a half, and it also included the addition of new meeting space, two private study rooms and four self checkout stations, as well as renovations such as new flooring.
The makerspace includes 3-D printing, a media conversion station, computers with Adobe design software, laser engraving, photography equipment, a recording studio, a button maker, vinyl cutting/printing, a sewing machine, a serger machine, laminators and other…
