As an incoming university student, everything can seem overwhelming and it is easy to feel like you are left to figure it out on your own. But fear not, there are a number of resources available to you. Here is a quick and short overview of some resources available on campus.
Get to Know Your Campus
With about 200 hectares of the university campus, knowing it can take the entirety of your degree. The University of Calgary has seven libraries offering services such as IT help, academic and writing support workshops, library research and one-on-one librarian support. But the libraries are not strictly for educational use, the Taylor Family Digital Library also houses the Nickle Galleries, a Virtual Reality Studio and a Makerspace with a 3-D Printing Machine.
