The theme for International Women’s Day, 8 March 2021 (IWD 2021) is “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world.”
The theme celebrates the tremendous efforts by women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Working in the space of gender equality, disability, and social inclusion, Skills for Inclusive Growth supports and prioritise women’s empowerment in all the work that we do. This is also supported by our ‘Do No Harm’ policy which incorporates women’s rights and our stand against violence. We want to show that we stand in support and unity as an organisation to support women in leadership.
