Engel Burman has hired Nicholas J. Cappadora as Director of Land Use and Zoning Entitlements and Associate General Counsel.
As part of the in-house counsel team, he will work directly with Engel Burman’s principals and general counsel on all legal matters.
Cappadora joins Engel Burman from Sahn Ward Coschignano, PLLC, where he was a Partner.
Cappadora is an active participant and member of the New York State and the Nassau County Bar Associations.
He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University School of Liberal Arts and Science, where he graduated cum laude.
While attending law school he interned for Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Anthony L. Parga. He also participated in the LIREG at Work Program, where he shadowed prominent leaders in the Long Island real estate industry.
