While work associated with a near million dollar federal grant aimed at restoring the exterior of the Pantheon: A Business and Innovation Theatre is still months away, officials close to the project have found a way to move forward with some of the co-working space’s most immediate needs now.
City and county elected officials this fall announced the receipt of a $732,000 federal grant to aid in the exterior restoration, which will include things like masonry work and new windows and doors as well as additional technology for inside.
