The Tulsa Foundation for Architecture has named Amber Litwack, formerly with ahha Tulsa, as its new executive director.
Litwack succeeds Amanda DeCort, who resigned in 2020 to relocate to Chicago.
Litwack held several positions during her tenure with ahha Tulsa (formerly the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa), and most recently served as Director of Education and Exhibitions.
As part of the organization’s Executive Leadership Team, she developed and oversaw such projects as “The Experience,” ahha Tulsa’s large-scale immersive exhibition series; “The Studio,” a fine arts-focused maker space; and Any Given Child-Tulsa, a national partnership among the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., the city of Tulsa, Tulsa Public Schools and 14 Tulsa arts and cultural institutions.
