Kristen Bell To Oakland County: ‘Things Will Get Back To Normal’

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — Oakland County received some encouraging words from a familiar face this week.

Award-winning actress and Oakland County native Kristen Bell in an Instagram post showed support for Oakland County’s new public education campaign that encourages residents to remain vigilant about following health and safety measures to help control the spread of COVID-19 as they wait for a vaccination.

Bell, who was born and raised in Huntington Woods and was a 1998 graduate of Shrine Catholic High School in Royal Oak, posted a message to her Instagram Story reinforcing the messaging of Oakland County’s “The Only Way To Beat It Is To Face It” awareness push that kicked off on Dec. 7.

“Here’s the good news – things WILL get back to normal eventually. They will! But, we’re not quite there yet,” Bell said in her post.
