The city of Davis is investing in the expansion of a local business incubator called Inventopia.It’s a space with state-of-the-art labs for entrepreneurs who need to jump-start their inventions, and it just moved to Pena Drive.Inventopia is attracting dozens of people who have big ideas but not a lot of money to kick off their dreams.
