This is one of those columns where we here at Airdrie Public Library (APL) brag about what our programmers are planning for the second half of APL’s winter session, which launches Monday, March 8.
So, of course, many of the much-loved regulars are returning.
The suite of After School @ APL Zoom programs – Crafternoon, Tween Zone, Full STEAM Ahead, and Paws, Feathers, and Scales – are back offering unique crafts, clever games, and astounding science projects, and visits with bats, and with larger critters from the Calgary Zoo.
All your favourite Preschool programs hit the literacy road with a flurry of songs, rhymes, and story times for ages birth to 5.
This session, teens continue with Take and Make, where participants grab a DIY kit from the library and complete it at home by themselves or with others over Zoom.
