(Spirit Lake)– The Spirit Lake Community School District today (Tues.) held a ribbon cutting on some new construction and renovation projects at the elementary and middle schools. They were completed in about a year’s time, and it happened during a pandemic. But Superintendent Dr. David Smith says the multi-faceted project was a huge success given the challenges.
