New director
RUTLAND — Community Health has promoted Moses Hudson-Knapp to director of Population Health and Quality. A graduate of Castleton University’s Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Associate in Nursing programs, he has served as a nurse clinical leader and clinical project coordinator for Community Health for the past seven years.
With over 18 years of health care experience, Hudson-Knapp has worked in academic, behavioral health, hospital and primary care settings, including as a surgical care nurse at Rutland Regional Medical Center and a therapeutic case manager at Rutland Mental Health.
