Those iconic lyrics were circulating in Katherine Gekas’ head as she planned Sharing Arts+Love, a new fundraising and awareness effort for Sharing Arts, the community-driven effort aimed at filling the void left behind by the shuttered Sharon Arts Center.
Gekas and a group of ceramicists got together at Beth Corwin’s Peterborough home on to paint wooden pallets with bright red hearts. The group plans to sell the painted pallets at the Peterborough Unitarian Universalist Church flea market on Oct. 17 and the Peterborough Farmers Market on Oct. 14 and 21.
