Rabbi Laura Bellows’ class meets for six sessions and focuses on the days between Passover and Shavuot, known as the Omer. This is a powerful opportunity to count our days, noticing and reflecting creatively on ecological, spiritual and personal changes over this set period of uncertainty, transformation and growth.
Rabbi Bellows will use the Hasidic practice of mapping each of the seven lower sephirot (divine attributes) onto the seven weeks of the Omer, using a creative art process to reflect on and design an Omer counter for each day of the seven weeks.
