BGC South East celebrated a “major milestone” this week with the launch of its new STEM & Robotics Centre, located inside its 1300 Bath Road facility, according to the organization.
In a media release, BGC South East, noted that the Centre was unveiled on the morning of Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024, at the second annual Innovative Learning Breakfast, presented by Cintas. The fundraiser reportedly gathered over 150 guests among significant industry leaders, local businesses, school boards, and post-secondary institutions. The event featured remarks from Mayor Bryan Paterson, along with robotics & STEM demonstrations by youth, showcasing the transformative impact of the Club’s new initiatives, the organization said.
