With a new online tool at the Bambu Lab Platform MakerSpace 3D-printed storage jars can be individually designed. Users can choose from numerous patterns for jars and lids and freely adjust parameters such as height, diameter, wall thickness or thread pitch. The system is based on a parametric model generator that automatically converts the selected settings into a printable 3D model.
There are 27 patterns available for the outer structure, including geometric shapes such as cubes, diamonds and hexagons. The lid can also be designed in 13 variants, for example with grooves, arrows or diamonds. The combination of both elements results in millions of possible designs that can be exported directly.
