On a snowy Tuesday morning, hundreds of third graders from the Baldwin-Whitehall School District could barely contain their excitement as they got a sneak peek of their new elementary school.R.A. Lutz Elementary School will officially open its doors when students return from their winter break on Jan. 8. Until then, the district is working on the final touches while giving students a glimpse into what they can expect.The building bears the name of the current district superintendent, Randy Lutz.
