Idaho National Laboratory applications for K-12 education grants are open from now until Jan. 8 to local educators and nonprofit organizations.
“On behalf of Battelle Energy Alliance, INL awards approximately $320,000 each year in grants and scholarships to various schools, classrooms, students, nonprofits and out-of-school organizations to enhance STEM education and encourage students to pursue STEM learning,” said Jennifer Jackson, INL STEM education and early workforce development program manager.
The laboratory offers five different grants. Grant applications and additional information on requirements are available at stem.inl.gov.
