Project to be completed mainly during summer months of each year; celebrity builder Mike Holmes and The Holmes Group are project consultants
The new Algoma District School Board Technology Centre — a major overhaul of the technical shops area at White Pines Collegiate and Vocational School — will slowly become a reality, according to ADSB senior administration.
“The project is expected to continue until 2026,” wrote Joe Santa Maria, ADSB associate director of corporate services, in an email to SooToday Tuesday.
Plans for the Technology Centre were announced by the board in October 2021.
Major work on the new Technology Centre can be done only during the summer months when students are out of school.
