The University of Salford’s Science, Engineering and Environment (SEE) Building forms an integral part of the university’s ambitious masterplan, providing a flagship building bringing together 12 school directorates. The project provides an array of complex facilities for students studying architecture, robotics, computing, physics, and aeronautical, civil, electrical and mechanical engineering.
Flexibility and collaboration are at the heart of the design. The building is arranged around a triple-height central atrium running the length of the building, interspersed with informal study areas and breakout spaces.
