Mentor Public Library invites everyone to discover the state-of-the-art makerspace at The Hub inside of Mentor High School with a trio of programs this June.
Those programs are:
• Makerspace 101 — At 6 p.m., June 6, learn about machines in the makerspace, including a large-format printer, T-shirt press and Cricut Maker. Also, see examples of projects that can be made with them.
• Laser Engraver 101 — At 5:30 p.m., June 13, find out how to make custom cut and engraved projects with a laser engraver, complete with a demonstration.
• Custom T-Shirts 101 — At 5:30 p.m., June 20, discover how to design T-shirts or tote bags with makerspace’s vinyl cutter, Cricut Maker, sublimation printer and heat press.
