The Brampton Library makerspaces are open to Brampton residents looking to get crafty this summer.
From 3D printing, cutting machines, scanners and more, the Chinguacousy, Four Corners and Springdale branches of the Brampton Library have makerspaces equipped with some high-tech goodies.
The makerspace at the Chinguacousy Branch has drop-in hours open to the public on Wednesdays between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and equipment is available free of charge with your Brampton Library card.
Material and time limits are in place, and staff are available on location for limited troubleshooting and guidance.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a caregiver. All users must sign a waiver prior to accessing makerspace equipment which includes:
- 3D printers
- Cricut…
