Lee & Associates NYC announced today that it has represented the Landlord in a new 10-year, 3,000 ground-floor retail lease with MakeInspires, the organization that produces STEAM educational programs, at 1642 York Avenue, located on the corner of East 87th Street and York Avenue in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
