STEM Era event offers Swifties makeup, bracelets, tote making

Your beauty, music and STEM eras can align this weekend with a downtown Indianapolis Taylor Swift fan event that involves makeup and bracelet making.

A makerspace called “In Our STEM Era” will feature interactive and educational activities for girls and offer makeup touch-ups and free products.

The free event will take place Saturday and Sunday at Circle Centre Mall, near Lucas Oil Stadium where Swift is playing Nov. 1-3 to cap the U.S. leg of The Eras Tour.

Part of a partnership between e.l.f. Cosmetics and Purdue University, the makerspace is designed to engage interest in music, beauty, and concert production, while pointing to the scientific fields behind those.
