TinkerMill, a nonprofit community makerspace in Longmont, will celebrate its 10th anniversary Saturday with the TinkerFair summer carnival event.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., visitors can enjoy carnival games, face painting, food trucks, a dunk tank and live music at the makerspace, 1840 Delaware Place Unit A.
Free tours will be given of the facility and its shops, some of which will offer project activities. A “Maker’s Market” featuring the creations of TinkerMill members will also be set up in the event room.
Admission is free, with tickets available to purchase for concessions and games. Proceeds will support TinkerMill’s mission of providing accessible science, technology, engineering, art and math resources to the community.
