Most people know libraries can save hundreds, even thousands of dollars annually depending on reading habits. Wayne County Public Library offers more than books and always is on the lookout for ways to support patrons in pursuing their interests, furthering their education and providing entertainment.
In 2022, the Wayne County Public Library conducted a community survey, according to a news release. The community is full of curious and eager learners of all ages, who most often use the library for programming, browsing collections and learning opportunities. It was indicated the community would like to learn more about maker services, up-to-date technologies and new hobbies.
