Diverse talents and ideas lie dormant in Makers, Makerspaces and Fablabs are looking for “customers” and members, but also for funding opportunities and new ideas for presenting their work to the public. Tender bonds are developing between makers, the industry, fablabs, educational institutions, governments and maker initiatives, and the general public also gets more insight into the scene. But how sustainable is this after the funding has expired or the TV report is in the archive? Networks still have to be established here in which the competencies of the individual partners can develop and shape.
