Members of the Pantheon Board, a 5-member group of appointed officials charged with overseeing the transformation of the historic theater-turned-co-working space, will review a second set of bids today on an exterior restoration in an attempt to forge a path forward.
The city’s Board of Works last week opened a second set of bids on the mostly federally-funded project after an initial letting garnered only bids more than what the city has to spend.
The city received three bids this time around, with the low bid coming from local contractor Wolfe Construction, the same company that did the interior work.
