KOOSKIA — Just before the gavel came down to adjourn the Nov. 15 city council meeting, mayor-elect and current council member Tina Ulmer announced that the lots on the corner of Main and A streets had been purchased and donated for the construction of a new library for the City of Kooskia.
It was only a few days earlier that the donors, Dawn and Bart Stryhas, approached the board of the Prairie River Library District (PRLD) with their gift.
