Council did the following:
Received an update on COVID-19: This was the last planned COVID-19 update, and staff referred to the state’s guidance this week allowing us to reopen the vast majority of activities. The city’s Emergency Operations Center has been demobilized and city facilities are reopened, some with limited hours at this time.
