Matt Norton discusses expansion plans for Cabinets Express at the company's current warehouse in Green Oak Township, Friday, May 21, 2021.

A Brighton cabinet business is branching out.

Cabinets Express, an offshoot of home remodeling firm KSI Kitchen & Bath, is expanding to two new stores.

“It’s like a fresh start,” said Matt Norton, sales director for Cabinets Express.

Norton is overseeing the two new stores, including one coming soon to 9962 E. Grand River Avenue in Brighton Township. Their first design center opened in Sterling Heights last year.
