Wunsche High School was the first school visited by the group on Dec. 13, where $1,000 was awarded to a teacher to help fund The HIVE, a student-led business that makes biodegradable, non-toxic beeswax crayons to sell at farmers markets. In the future, the students intend to sell crayons online and supply them to all Spring ISD elementary schools.
