“Everyone in my family is an entrepreneur,” Stevens said. “So I’ve been wanting to start a business in our community since I was a teenager, and this sort of fell into my lap.”
Originally used as more of a makerspace, Stevens said she transformed a previously unrentable building into a creative rental space for teachers.
The Studio has grown to host three different professors offering multiple classes and art mediums, which are open to all ages, including children and adults, with registration.
