Meeting scheduled July 19 at Veterans Memorial Building

NEBRASKA CITY – Gloria Glover announced at Monday’s city council meeting that a creative district has been officially formed in Nebraska City.
A meeting is scheduled at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, at the Veterans Memorial Building to discuss executive board membership, strategic plan and an artist walk kickoff event.
The Nebraska City Creative District has submitted a 10-year strategic plan that identifies the district to include portions of Central Avenue and First Corso, as well as the KHN Center for the Arts. The boundary could be expanded east on Central Avenue to…
