Jos, 11 February 2025 – In partnership with the Plateau State Government, the United Nations Development Programme hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the Agro-Innovation Makerspace in Jos. This initiative is part of UNDP’s broader effort to establish a network of innovation hubs that empower young people to develop and implement scalable solutions for sustainable development in Nigeria. The Makerspace aligns seamlessly with the state’s agenda, providing young innovators with the resources to create, test, and refine solutions that can drive local economic transformation.
