SOMERSWORTH — Join Wendy Berkeley from the NH Farm to School program for a seed starting program on Wednesday, April 12, at 5 p.m. at the Somersworth Public Library. You’ll enjoy decorating your own recycled planter and sowing seeds while learning about the life cycle of plants and how important agriculture is in our lives. Recommended for ages 12 and under.

Aging in place versus finding the best Place for senior living

BERWICK, Maine — On Wednesday, April 12, at 6 p.m. Shawn Shambo, Occupational Therapist and Senior Care Advisor at Assisted Living Locators, will speak at the Berwick Public Library to discuss senior housing versus aging at home and how to best make each happen. He’ll answer questions and help individuals to begin thinking of developing a long term plan.
