The Office of Innovation finds ways to grow and improve, to do more to achieve the education every child deserves with the goal of bringing the VISD strategic plan to life. Our strategic plan was developed in 2019 by a task force of VISD staff, parents, students, community members and business leaders and represents our hopes and dreams for our students. Chief among these hopes and dreams is the belief there are no lesser paths but there are different paths to a successful launch, and as a result, we have developed several learning pathways so students have choices to find their genius and passions.
