After a packed holiday week with Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday comes a day that is important to our local communities here in Hoboken + Jersey City. Giving Tuesday is a day that started back in 2012 when people were encouraged to support local non-profits and organizations. To this day, the “holiday” is celebrated annually as a way to give back to those in need. The start of the “giving season” is here and it is more than just the gifts — so we rounded up an ever-growing list of local organizations that are in need of donations in our area.
