At the WSCUHSD board of trustees meeting on Dec. 18, Superintendent Chris Meredith asked the board to approve a new, innovative high school for the former campus of El Molino. They did so, but a name for the new school waited for the board to make a decision at the Jan. 22 meeting. The name “El Molino” was favored by many, but it was also contentious.
