It’s been some two years in the making, but the doors are nearly ready to open on an upgraded recreation centre in Caledon loaded with amenities for the public to enjoy.
It’s been some two years in the making, but a sprawling new recreation centre loaded with amenities is nearly ready to open in Caledon.
The new 52,000-square-foot expansion of the Caledon East Community Complex (CECC) is nearly complete, the town said in a release this week.
With a new swimming pool, fitness centre, library and many more features, Mayor Annette Groves says the rec plex has “been transformed into a state-of-the-art facility” and will be the largest multi-use recreation facility in Caledon.
