STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Maker Park, nestled in the Stapleton neighborhood by the waterfront, is a local gem brimming with vibrant art for all to enjoy.
MakerSpace NYC, a non-profit community workspace supporting makers, artists and more, in collaboration with NYC Cultural Affairs, is currently hosting a free public art exhibition at Maker Park, located at 450 Front St., which will continue through March 2025.
The public is welcome at the park seven days a week. Sculptures, paintings, carvings, graffiti — take in the full wonder of human expression right before your eyes.
The artworks exhibited showcase the talents of Cecile Chong, Cheyenne Concepcion, Darren Corona, Sophie Kahn, Callie Hirsch, Nancy Quin, Sok Song, and several others.
